1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, or representative bodies may not register as players.
• You may hold only one (1) account at yesb7. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited pending investigation.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and update it promptly if it changes.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

yesb7 supports fast and secure fund transfers using the payment methods most trusted by Bangladeshi players. All monetary amounts on the platform are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, network conditions, and the KYC verification status of your account.

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method previously used for deposits on your account. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

6. Account Security & Player Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your yesb7 account credentials. yesb7 will never contact you to request your password, PIN, or OTP. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team at [email protected] immediately (email shown as plain text — do not click a link).

• Do not share your login credentials with any third party, including family members. yesb7 bears no liability for losses incurred through shared or compromised account access.
• You must log out of your account after each session, especially when using shared devices or public internet connections.
• Any attempt to hack, breach, or reverse-engineer any part of the yesb7 platform is a serious violation and will result in immediate account termination and may be referred to law enforcement authorities.

7. Responsible Gaming & Player Protection

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, yesb7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these T&C shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your yesb7 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

yesb7 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. We shall not be liable for any losses arising from service downtime, connectivity issues, or interruptions outside our reasonable control, including acts of God, government actions, or network infrastructure failures.

10. Account Suspension, Closure & Termination

yesb7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these T&C, including but not limited to fraud, bonus abuse, identity misrepresentation, or operating multiple accounts.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe following a withdrawal request.
• A player's voluntary request to close their account, including self-exclusion requests made under our Responsible Gaming policy.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which yesb7 operates. Any disputes shall first be referred to yesb7's internal dispute resolution process. If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, you may seek resolution through an independent third-party adjudication body. yesb7 commits to engaging in good faith with any such process. Nothing in these T&C limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
